	:On the special DVD release of ''Heat'' there is an interview with Adamson. He talks about an actual case that he worked in the early sixties in Chicago and how they ended up taking down the crew in a gun battle. Evidently this case was the inspiration for the television show ''Crime Story'' and the two movies ''L.A. Takedown'' and ''Heat''. Supposedly Adamson and [[Dennis Farina]] worked together when they were both Chicago cops. Just some interesting neat to know trivia.
