It is a skin for the VSS Vintorez, I dont know how it functions in game because I don't own the operator it is locked behind, but for all intents and purposes it should be a reskin of the Vintorez, so I am not sure where it should go in the assault rifle or the sniper rifle category or if the reskins should just go under the gun they replace.
