Due to the producer's bankruptcy the court banned releasing of the movie, and it was released on VHS only in 1998. In 2007 Lamberto Bava, Mario Bava's son, reeditied the movie and released the new version under the title ''Kidnapped''.

Four criminals attempt a robbery. One of them is killed and three others - "Dottore" ("Doc"), "Bisturi" ("Blade") and "Trentadue" ("Thirty-Two") - takes a woman as hostage and later kidnap a man and a sleeping child in a car. This man, Riccardo, has to take them away from the town. But the final scene turns everything upside down.
