	The '''SPAS-15''' is a combat shotgun manufactured by Luigi Franchi S.p.A. between 1986 and 2005 as the successor to their well-known [[Franchi SPAS-12\|SPAS-12]] model. Based on the same idea as the SPAS-12, the SPAS-15 is also a dual-mode firearm, capable of switching between semi-automatic and pump-action operations to accommodate different ammunition types. Unlike its predecessor, the SPAS-15 features a layout closer to an assault rifle, and feeds from detachable box magazines rather than an internal tube. It is offered with externally-threaded chokes to facilitate the use of muzzle attachments, and comes with a side-folding stock and grip safety. The SPAS-15's mode-switching toggle was relocated onto the topside of the pump sleeve, rather than the SPAS-12's below.
