After an unexpected series of events, the protagonist manages to assume the identity of the town's new sheriff, Lucas Hood. As Sheriff Hood, the protagonist must balance his own criminal ambitions while also dealing out justice in his own way, all while trying to avoid the vengeful Mr. Rabbit and foiling the schemes of local crime boss Kai Proctor ([[Ulrich Thomsen]]).
