I think it looks like a Remington Model 7 (with a telescoping sniper buttstock and Parker Hale Bipod)

From what I can see, the back end of the bolt doesn't look the same. More images:

== M47 Dragon==

I do not think this is a Dragon but rather it is more a factual error on the part of the show's producers. The M47 Dragon, as far as I know, is no longer in front line service with any branch of the US military and was pretty much phased out of service in the late 1990s so I doubt if it would be in the armory of a frontline Marine unit. In addition the sight unit of the weapon displayed does not look anything like the one on the actual Dragon launcher. --[[User:Charon68|Charon68]] 01:59, 21 November 2009 (UTC)

:Aren't you refuting your own argument? Of course this is a factual error because it's a TV show. It doesn't represent reality, so the armorers used the M47 here even if it's no longer used by the Marines in real life. I am a dude who likes guns, i have been a fanatic of guns since an early age. starting off with .22's at the age of 8 and moving up to higher caliber firearms. I have had .30-06's and .223's in rifle caliber and 9mm.'s, .45 acp, and .40 s&w. there are some guns that i dislike and some guns i absolutely love. here are a few of my likes: beretta 92fs, 1911's (variants too), ak-47's (and variants), m4's, not as much as ak-47's(they are pretty much unreliable in a combat scenario and need constant cleaning. but they are easier to find at your local gun-store). and a few others....
