Remington 870
Remington 870 shotguns are used by Hatcher's (Christopher Walken) men. Beck (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) later wields two akimbo (one with wood furniture, one with synthetic) during the shootout at the end of the film, pumping the actions in various manners to chamber the guns.
Browning Automatic Rifle M1918A2
Browning Automatic Rifles are used by Hatcher's men throughout the film, despite their obsolescence to more modern assault rifles.

IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII
Hatcher (Christopher Walken) uses a polished nickel plated IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII in .44 Magnum during the last scene in which he confronts Beck (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson), but is continually disarmed and unable to fire it.
Heckler & Koch MG3
Heckler & Koch MG3s are seen mounted on various dune buggies used by Hatcher's men.

M60
M60 machine guns are seen mounted on some of Hatcher's vehicles.
A Browning M1919A4 is mounted on one of Hatcher's personnel trucks.

M14
Hatcher's men use scoped M14 Rifles during the final shootout in the town. These are semi-automatic M14As or M1As since they are missing the auto fire selector switch. Beck (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) at one point takes one of these rifles and fires it one-handed, despite the 9lb weight.

‎

Norinco NDM-86
Hatcher's men use Norinco NDM-86 rifles to fire from the rooftops in the town. The angular, rather than curved shape of the magazine indicates that it is a Norinco NDM-86, a Chinese clone of the SVD that was chambered in .308 rather than the original 7.62x54R cartridge.

SKS
The Guerrilla rebel fighters are seen armed with SKS rifles, as well as Hatcher's men in the town shootout.

Norinco SKS Sporter
Mariana (Rosario Dawson) uses a Norinco SKS Sporter rifle, built to accept actual AK magazines, not to be confused with the aftermarket detachable SKS magazines. Visible in one of the screenshots, we can see the upper contour of the thumbhole stock of the SKS Sporter, so it is not an SKS-M which is a straight stocked SKS with detachable magazines.

Walther P38
Some of Hatcher's men keep Walther P38s as their sidearms. During the shootout in the town, Beck (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) takes a P38 along with a Tokarev TT-33 Pistol to dispatch Hatcher's whipping men.

Tokarev TT-33
Beck (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) draws a Tokarev TT-33 Pistol off of one of Hatcher's whipping men and fires it along with a Walther P38 to dispatch all the whippers. One of the Guerrillas is also seen using one in the town.

PPSh-41
Both Guerrillas and villagers are seen armed with PPSh-41 submachine guns.

M1911A1
Beck takes two M1911A1 pistols from Hatcher's whip carrying men in the bar fight at the beginning of the film, but refusing to use guns to prevent "bad things from happening to people", he unloads the pistols and flees the scene. Travis (Seann William Scott) is also briefly seen firing one during the shootout in the town.

S.W.A.T. is the 2003 feature film adaptation of the 1975 television series of the same name. Directed by Clark Johnson, the film stars Samuel L. Jackson as "Hondo" Harrelson, an "old-school" SWAT officer who heads up a newly-recruited team as they find themselves assigned to escort a notorious drug kingpin who has promised anyone $100 million to break him out of police custody. An unrelated sequel, S.W.A.T.: Firefight, was released in 2011.

The film features Beretta 92FS pistols as the standard-issue sidearms of L.A.P.D. patrol officers, which in the opening scenes are totally outclassed by the assault rifles and heavy body armor wielded by the bank robbers (the scene was inspired by the real-life North Hollywood Shootout), prompting the mobilization of the SWAT team. One of the main villain's cronies is also seen using one fitted with a suppressor when attempting to liberate him from a Sheriff's Department inmate transport bus. Several officers playing the role of terrorists during a training mission are also armed with Berettas that have been modified to fire paintballs and are identified by the orange markings on the bottom of the magazines.
Kimber Custom TLE II
Another weapon commonly used by the SWAT team is a variant of the M1911A1 pistol known as the Kimber Custom TLE II made by Kimber Manufacturing, Inc. Like all the other weapons used by SWAT, it too has a weaponlight (a Surefire 310R, which can be distinguished from the 610R by the minimal protrusion past the muzzle). The most notable scene involving this weapon is when Officer T.J. McCabe (Josh Charles) uses one to commit suicide rather than be arrested by the team he had betrayed. During a training mission simulating a hijacked airliner, the team uses several of these weapons modified to fire paintballs, identifiable by the orange markings on the grip and weaponlight. During the final shootout on the 6th Street bridge, Alex Montel (Olivier Martinez) can be seen brandishing one, shouting in vain for his would-be liberators to "Give [him] more ammo" when he runs dry. One of Gamble's men also threatens the driver of a subway train with one of these pistols. Both Montel and Gamble's men use TLE II's without weaponlights.
During the fight, Street manages to eject the magazine and get hold of the pistol, Gamble tauntingly holding up the ejected magazine, to which Street replies that there's still a round in the chamber before ejecting it and discarding the pistol, preferring to finish the fight hand-to-hand instead.
The assault rifles appear in the hands of bank robbers in the opening scenes of the film, which is based off the infamous North Hollywood Bank shootout (described in greater detail in 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shootout), where a pair of AK-toting bank robbers dressed in heavy body armor wreaked havoc on the outgunned Los Angeles Police Department. Several AKM and AKMS rifles also appear being used by gang members who ambush a police convoy in an attempt to liberate the main villain of the film. Two of the AKM's used by the robbers have high-capacity drum magazines (designed for the RPK light machine gun) instead of the standard 30-round box magazine.
He only wore 3 real kevlar bullet proof vests through out all 8 seasons. (IMFDB thanks The Golden Closet for providing the documentation on this gun.)
