Hey I have this game there are a few guns I am not sure what they are because I can't seem to find them anywhere so if anyone is interested in helping I'll try to take some screens or videos and send them to you or something.

The .44 magnum is a Taurus Tracker with what looks like the grips the Raging Bull has. What makes it a taurus is the security lock on the hammer.
The X-15 looks like it might be a variant of the Remington R-15. --Crazycrankle 23:46, 23 January 2010 (UTC)

The X-15 is fake, the game mad eit up. -TheCrazyGunNut
:Um... It's pretty obviously an AR-15 variant.-protoAuthor 02:33, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

I KNOW THAT> Jesus. But the "X-15" is a made up AR-variant. In the game under the gun's brand it says "The Order" fictional hunting club you are trying to get into. -TheCrazyGunNut

The name is made up, as many names are in video games. As soon as the developers put Remington, or Bushmaster, ArmaLite, whichever brand name, into the game it costs them money for licensing. Aside from the R-15 I posted above, I've never seen a AR-15 designed like the one in game. --Crazycrankle 07:38, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

I know, i meant the name was made up. I am just telling u I KNOW that its an AR-variant, but we dont know which ONE.
-TheCrazyGunNut

AH just found the basis for the "X-15" I believe. Bushmaster Varminter!

Could be that or the R-15, impossible to tell without input from the developers. --Crazycrankle 08:02, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

The "X-15" wouldnt be ANY Remington firearm because all the other Remingtons were licensed to Cabela's because they all feature real Remington names with the little TM and R symbols. If it was the R-15, they would simply put "Remington® Model R-15™. -TheCrazyGunNut

Ah, I did not know that. Never played a Cabela's game before, though I'm thinking I might pick this up. May be a good long term investment. --Crazycrankle 08:37, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, they are actually pretty fun but most gamers want more fast-paced games like Call of Duty, that's why they dont sell as good. They have some pretty cool guns too, Dangerous Hunts 2009 has a double-barrelled .700 Nitro Express rifle. I dont know exactly what rifle it is yet but Ill try to make a page for that one too. -TheCrazyGunNut

YAY i have pretty much completed this page! -TheCrazyGunNut

The Bushmaster Varminter appearing as the X-15 .223 Rifle, is featured in the game with a 5 round magazine and forest camo finish. An AR variant. Not the most powerful rifle, but it gets the job done as long as you hit the creature's vitals and it gets you a better score, as does all lower-caliber guns because they increase the trophy's integrity.

A Remington Model R-25 chambered in .308 Winchester is featured in the game as the second auto-loader you unlock in .308 Winchester, holding 4 rounds. It seems like the devs basically used the same model for the X-15 and the R-25 but put desert camo finish on the R-25 instead of forest, like the camo on the X-15.
The Encore .50 Magnum muzzleloader is featured in the game, surprisingly as a low-caliber rifle despite the large cartridge. Of course, reloading is a lengthy process but the damage is pretty good and skilled players should be able to take down animals with one shot anyway. Features a black and chrome finish.
Pretty powrful. Effective against dangerous game, bad against regular game due to unnecessary high damage.
A Remington Model 870 Shotgun 12 gauge is in the game. Though it is pump-action and holding two less shells than the K&H Auto 12 Gauge, it is still a good choice because it actually can be fired faster! How a pump-action fires faster than a semi-auto is beyond me. Second of two shotguns to unlock.

K&H Auto 12 Gauge
Apparently a fictional semi-auto shotgun, it holds 6 rounds but has a pretty long delay between successive shots. In the game the company that makes it is said to be K&H, presumably fictional.

Unknown Crossbow
In the game there is a crossbow with a scope called the "Orion Crossbow", said to be made by "The Order", the hunting club you are trying to get into. Categorized under the large-caliber rifle class.

Pretty powrful. Effective against dangerous game, bad against regular game due to unnecessary high damage.

Remington Model R-25
A Remington Model R-25 chambered in .308 Winchester is featured in the game as the second auto-loader you unlock in .308 Winchester, holding 4 rounds. It seems like the devs basically used the same model for the X-15 and the R-25 but put desert camo finish on the R-25 instead of forest, like the camo on the X-15.

The TRIUMPH .50 muzzleloader is featured in the game, surprisingly as a low-caliber rifle despite the large cartridge. Of course, reloading is a lengthy process but the damage is pretty good and skilled players should be able to take down animals with one shot anyway.
Remington Model 870 Shotgun
A Remington Model 870 Shotgun is in the game. Though it is pump-action and holding two less shells than the K&H Auto 12 Gauge, it is still a good choice because it actually can be fired faster! How a pump-action fires faster than a semi-auto is beyond me.

Not the most powerful rifle, but it gets the job done as long as you hit the creature's vitals and it gets you a better score, as does all lower-caliber guns because they increase the trophy's integrity.
Thompson/Center TRIUMPH
The TRIUMPH .50 muzzleoader is featured in the game, surprisingly as a low-caliber rifle despite the large cartridge. Of course, reloading is a lengthy process but the damage is pretty good and skilled players should be able to take down animals with one shot anyway.
K&H Auto 12 Gauge
Apparently a fictional semi-auto shotgun, it holds 6 rounds but has a pretty long delay between successive shots. In the game the company that makes it is said to be K&H, presumably fictional.

Unknown Crossbow
The name is made up, as many names are in video games. As soon as the developers put Remington, or Bushmaster, ArmaLite, whichever brand name, into the game it costs them money for licensing. Aside from the R-15 I posted above, I've never seen a AR-15 designed like the one in game. --Crazycrankle 07:38, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

Could be that or the R-15, impossible to tell without input from the developers. --Crazycrankle 08:02, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

I twouldnt be ANY Remington firearm because all the other Rmeingtons were licensed to Cabela's because they all feature real Remington names with the little TM and R symbols. If it was the R-15, they would simply put "Remington® Model R-15™. -TheCrazyGunNut

A Ruger Super Redhawk is featured in game, but holding only 5 shells. Called the .44 Magnum in game. It is mounted with a low-optic scope, used as a back-up, especially against dangerous game like puma and bear.
X-15 .223 Rifle
The X-15 .223 Remington rifle is featured in the game with a 5 round magazine and forest camo finish. An AR variant. Not the most powerful rifle, but it gets the job done as long as you hit the creature's vitals and it gets you a better score, as does all lower-caliber guns because they increase the trophy's integrity. I cannot find any gun called the X-15 anywhere on the Internet. Anybody kno what it could be based on? I specialize in military guns, not hunting, but I still know quite a few.
