Detective Mark Kincaid's standard side arm throughout the film is the S&W 4006.
He gives the gun Dewey and tells him to go and get the asshole (Killer)
After Dewey shoots the killer several times in the torso he shoots him once in the head and finally kills him once and for all.

Sidney takes a Walther PPK out of a drawer in the police station just before she heads for Miltons mansion. She is later forced by the killer to throw it in the pool at Miltons mansion.
