This gun is used by The Joker (Heath Ledger) in the bank heist. It has a silver slide, and is equipped with an extended 30 round magazine. It is only fired twice. Once hitting the Bank Manager, and another shot to kill one of his henchmen. Since this is a common gun, it could re-appear later on in the film.

This gun is the Bank Manager's (William Fichtner). He uses it to kill one of The Joker's henchmen when they storm Gothan National Bank.
