The Colt Trooper series of revolvers has been used in the following films:

Info
The Colt Trooper in .357 magnum was considered to be the "poor mans" Python. Internally it was the same revolver. However it wasn't as tuned in it's action and it lacked the full ribbed barred with the raised sight rib of the Python. Therefore it was more affordable and was popular with police officers and private citizens with more modest incomes throughout the fifties and sixties. It was introduced in 1954 and discontinued in 1968. It was avilable in .357 magnum and 22LR. Four and six inch barrels were standard length.
Colt Trooper MK III
The MK III line of Colt revolvers was introduced in 1968. Colt made signifcant engineering changes to the Trooper, Lawman, and Official Police models. The result was a line of revolvers that was more economical. Colt stayed with the older engineering in regards to the Python, Detective Special and Cobra models. The MK III line was discontinued in 1983.

The Trooper MK III had adjustable sights and was available in .357 magnum and 22 Long Rifle. Four inch and six inch barreled models were standard. Blue and nickel were the finishes.

Ithaca 37 pump action shotgun
Not a Remington Model 31 as prevously mentioned. You can tell it is a Ithica 37 because of the lack of an side ejection port and the . It is also used to shoot the dogs and Windows manages to grab one before he is subdued by the others. MacReady (Kurt Russell) is also seen with one at the Norwegian base.

Garry (Donald Moffat) uses the Colt Trooper MkIII to shoot the Norwegian when he is trying to kill the infected dog with the H&K 93. The revolver was prevously thought to be a S&W Model 15, however the M15 is similar in looks. The Colt has a shrouded ejector rod housing, the M15 does not. The pictured revolver has the shrouded ejector rod unlike the S&W M15..
M2 Flamethrower
This flamethrower is used by several members of the team throughout the movie. Palmer uses a different flamethrower.

Thermite Gernade
It can not be conclusivly said to be a thermite gernade but this can be assumed due to the cylander shape and the explosions produce a lot of sparks. We also know that the Norwegians had thermite charges. This grenade is used by one of the Norwegians. It slips from his hand, and on explosion it kills his colleague and destroys the helicopter.
