Hyena Road is a 2015 war drama written by, directed and starring Paul Gross (Passchendaele). Gross stars as Pete Mitchell, a Canadian military intelligence officer who recruits a team of snipers led by Ryan Sanders (Rossif Sutherland) in an effort to track down a mysterious Afghan fighter known as the Ghost. The film blends real footage shot by Gross in Afghanistan with action footage filmed in Canada and in Jordan.
Ryan Sanders (Rossif Sutherland) and Travis (Allan Hawco) use suppressed McMillan TAC-50 sniper rifles during their missions. The TAC-50, known as the C15 in Canadian service, is famous for having made one of the longest kill-shots in history at 2,430 meters (2,657 yd/1.509 miles) while being used in Afghanistan in 2002.
Hickey (David Richmond-Peck) uses a suppressed PGW Coyote when engaging some suspected booby traps early in the film. The C14 Timberwolf and PGW Coyote both replaced the C3A1 formerly in use with the Canadian Armed Forces with both 7.62 NATO and .338 Lapua Magnum offerings. The weapon used in this movie has a desert camouflage scheme. In the dream, this weapon killed John Conner in Season 1 Episode 1: Pilot. Derek Reese (Brian Austin Green) is seen using a Black Finish Desert Eagle as his sidearm in the future. === Brixia 8mm Walther Blank Firing Pistol ===

In the story. Jonas took 2 of these out as a hidden weapon that he kept within a rat trap. He handed on to is wife before he made a disappearing act. I guess in story it's supposed to resemble a Walther TP or TPH.

I don't know dude...these look a lot like the Walther PP or PPK to me. If these images are from the episode I am thinking of (the finale of Season 1) my reaction, at the time, was "why is Joans carrying such a weak ass pistol as his sidearm???".

Nah, the Walthers don't have that little extra piece of metal extending from the trigger guard to the barrel. But, then again...
:It looks like a Walther PSM. It's like a PPK but with an extended trigger guard. Hammer looks like it too. -GM
::What is a Walther PSM? Did you mean Walther TP or TPH? PSM is a Russian pistol made by Izhevsk.

::That is a Brixia 8mm Walther Blank Firing Pistol. I just checked the lower image against the one I have. Brixia Arms used to make this type of blank gun about 10 years ago, but their quality was pretty bad. There 'might' be some available, but the majority of the 8mm theatrical blank firing PPKs on the market now are made by Kimar or Voltran. What tips it off, is the writing on the slide (it is identical to the markings on my Brixia Nickel plated Walther PPK theatrical blank gun) and the hole drilled in the top of the barrel (where the ejection port is). This hole allows the flash from the blank round to fire upwards since the barrel is blocked. Also the magazine is a thin single stack type that only holds those skinny 8mm blank rounds. ____MoviePropMaster2008

At the last episode of season 1, Jonas had it as a hidden weapon and in season 4 it was Bridgett Sullivan's backup weapon.

Actually I believe it is a DA38 Double Action Derringer made by American Derringer. The Remington derringers' barrels tilt up while the one in the show has barrels that tip down and when Jonas places it in his waistband it appears to have a double action trigger.
Grey is the only one in the Unit that had his with a carrying handle attached plus a compact ACOG scope, the others usually have the EOTech 552 Holographic sight attached. And Mack didn't get to use one in the series
M16A4 (Sporter Competition H-Bar)
Shown prominently in season 2 episode 3 where for some strange reason, the entire unit went into the field carrying them and their man that was pinned down was also carrying one. It was noted that Blaine recognized the sound of a "7.62" shot distinctly over the enemy sniper's weapon to recognize friendly's fire. The problem is that all of their rifles fires 5.56 including the man they were rescuing, who clearly was using an M4. At the beginning of the episode - Bob was training a group of unit members and except himself, they all were using these rifles. Propwise, these are probably the same ones used later in the episodes by the rest of the Unit cast out in the field. This rifle was used more as a sniper rifle, since they were all fighting in semi. One instance where Mack fired in full for suppression fire means these rifles aren't semi-only sniper rifles, but used in the same manner, also with 20 round magazines.
Remington 700 action on Accuracy International Chassis System
Seen in the season 1 episode "Non-permissive Environment" and was "fired" by Bob. Mack also used this in Episode 1 of the 4th season.

This is an Accuracy Internation Chassis System (AICS). The bolt is not an AI design and is probably a Remington 700 variant. The folding stock hinge and adjustable cheek piece are visible in the close-up, so this would be an AICS ver. 2. Also, AI L115 rifles are generally outfitted with Schmidt and Bender PMII scopes which this scope is definitely not. Also, unless the magazine has been removed (unlikely during a mission), the magazine on an actual Accuracy International AW/M will be protruding from the bottom of the stock. You can clearly see the paddle style magazine release in front of the trigger guard which would normally be blocked by an inserted magazine.

During an episode in season 3, the Unit went on a mission with the Blaser R93 LRS2 as their sniper rifles. There were 3 of them at most held by Bob, Grey and Mack with Jonas alternating with Bob a couple times. Though, it does seem that none of the actors fired a shot from the rifle as apparently when Mack "fired" from standing, he felt no recoil at all and there was no muzzle flash when Bob "fired" his. The sound effect made us hear a suppressed round when clearly none of the rifles were suppressed.
M203 Grenade Launcher
Like all armories for film and TV series, these would most likely be Cobray 37mm flare launchers that were designed to look like M203s. This is a common practice to have the appearence of 203s. It is unlikely any of the M203s seen in the series are real M203s.
:While that could be the case, the second picture of Blane show that it is an M203, the the C37. But, with the advancement of m203s and RIS systems, a soldier could simply slide on an m203. So, it could also be an airsoft replica if its never fired. The Winchester
:The only episodes I recall seeing Cobrays in are S4E7/8. Spartan198 19:35, 11 April 2009 (UTC) Spartan198
Chinese Type 69 RPG
Both examples seen here are the Chinese Type 69 launcher (the Chinese version of the Soviet RPG-7). The biggest difference is that the Chinese RPG had only one pistol grip. The second hand has to grasp a carry handle on top of the launcher. One was used by Blaine in an episode. The Type 69s in the series have an optical sight mounted on the launcher.
Wheelie bag carrying handle gun
In season 4, episode 4, Bob and Jonas had these weapons disguised as the carrying handles for their wheelie bags. It appears each of the square extendable rods were hidden barrels that each load one round, possible .22 or something small. To fire, they collaspe the carrying handle forward into the smaller rod like you would a carrying handle of this type and it fires both rounds at the same time. I don't know if this is a real firearm, but it acts like one. Meant to be used to disarm armed men with real guns.
