SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R makes a return in Season 5 as the weapon of choice for John Reese (Jim Caviezel). Reese uses the weapon until it runs dry in Season 5's premiere "B.S.O.D" (S5E01). The SIG-Sauer P226R also appears as the sidearm of Samaritan agents and John Greer (John Nolan) throughout the season. In "B.S.O.D" (S5E01), Samaritan agents use it with suppressors while chasing Reese through the streets of New York. John Reese (Jim Caviezel) acquires the weapon after being attacked at the ferry in the very same episode. Root (Amy Acker) picks up the drop pistol in a fire fight with Samaritan agents in Bela's warehouse. A couple of hired gunmen use P226Rs in "A More Perfect Union" (S5E06). The pistol is also used by Shaw in several computer simulations in "6,741" (S5E04) and then when confronting Root in "Sotto Voce" (S5E09). A USAF SP officer named Terrence Johnson (Adrian Alvarado) uses it when confronts Finch near the end of "Synedoche" (S5E11).
Deadpool is the 2016 feature film adaptation of the Marvel comic book character created by Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld. Directed by Tim Miller, the film follows Wade Wilson, who after being experimented on and given an extremely enhanced healing factor, takes up the alter ego of Deadpool, and uses his prior Special Forces training and his newly acquired powers to hunt down the man who nearly destroyed his life. Ryan Reynolds returns as Deadpool, having previously portrayed a version of the character in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Handguns
IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) can be seen dual-wielding IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX pistols as his primary firearms, using them to great effect. His Desert Eagles are current-production Mark XIX models with over-barrel Picatinny-style rails made by IWI in Israel. They are recognizable by their safeties, which are retained from the original production Mark XIX; the U.S.-made Magnum Research version, in contrast, now has the "teardrop"-style safety found on the original Mark I.

The Desert Eagles used in the films are chambered in .50 AE, based on shots of the shell casings (with .50 AE clearly visible) and the lack of fluting on the barrels. Strangely, they are apparently not fully loaded, as he states he has "12 bullets" in the highway fight. He shoots 7 rounds from the gun in his left hand and 5 from the one in his right hand, meaning one gun was fully loaded and the other wasn't. Desert Eagle handguns in .50 AE hold 7+1 rounds. Also, at another noteworthy point, every primer of the spent casings are marked with the number of the round spent (from 12 to 1).

The bullet, not having enough momentum to pass through, instead temporarily incapacitates the third mercenary and embeds in his skin.]]
IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) can be seen dual-wielding IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX pistols as his primary firearm, using them to great effect.

Also, at another noteworthy point, the shell casings of the ammunition are marked with the number of the round spent.

When Wade asks for "all the guns", Weasel (T.J. Miller) first takes up a short-barreled Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a side folding stock. A second short-barreled 870 with front and rear pistol grips and a top folding stock is picked up by Wade. The short-barreled 870 handled by Weasel and seen in the gun bag appears to be an airsoft model, the plasticy finish, incorrect looking pump, the presences of a inner-barrel, and a tube mag support ring around a barrel this short gives this away as a airsoft replica.
FN M249 SAW Paras with the PIP (Product Improvement Package) and fitted with both EOTech 552 and 551 sights are wielded by some of Ajax's mercenaries against Deadpool at the scrapyard. They seem to switch to full-length Daewoo K3s whenever they are shown firing, hinting that they are airsoft versions of the FN M249 SAW Para.
